Dunnigan HillsLas Gundias was planted in 1910 on clay intermixed with some limestone (uncommon in Valtuille) Mostly Menca with some Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet), Bastardo (Trousseau), and a relatively high percentage of Doa Blanca Fermented with whole clusters and a long post fermentation maceration raised for one year in used 225L and 500L barrels bottled without fining or filtration
